Conduct Induction and Orientation program for new employees and subcontractors.
Carrying out safety inspection and Safety pep talk to the workers
Conducting safety MINUTES meetings along with all department HODs.
Conduct JSA &HIRA.
Preparing logistic, emergency evacuation and illumination plan of the floor.
Carrying out PTW monitoring & review.
Investigation of all accidents/ Incidents/ reported near misses and advice
immediate and long-term action for improvement.
Implementation of Safe Work Practices at Site.
Ensure training toolbox meeting and drills are implantation as part of the
company’s training and HSE program, i.e. emergency response training and mock
drills etc.
Organizing fire -fighting training to the employee and security team.
Ensure Safety audit by PMC/Client.
Wastage handling as per RSPCB guidelines.
AIR, Water, Noise & Soil pollution monitoring.
Work at height, excavation, confined space training and permit experience.
