Conduct job related Tool box talk before start of any work.
• Daily Project Safety, Health, Environment Inspection & different Hazard Identification.
• Issue of different types of Safety work permit And Implementation of company’s safety
policy & safety manual.
• Promote good health, safety & environmental practices.
• To carry out safety inspection /observation at site continuously.
• Ensure for the legal compliance & reduce the risk of non-compliance.
• Identify the opportunities for continuous environmental improvement & implement
programmers to deliver them.
• Different types of Scaffolding Inspection.
• Conducting safety induction, training programmes for Management staffs, Supervisors
& workers.
• Conduct Investigation for all Near Miss Cases, Dangerous Occurrence, Incidents,
accidents and recommend appropriate corrective measures.
• To maintain M.S.D.S & good housekeeping standard related to safety.
• Fire prevention & protection at Project sites and conduct different types Fire drill,
Mock drill, fire & safety motivation programme.
• Issuing of PPEs as demanded by the nature of works.
• Arranging / attending department safety committee meetings.
• Develop Procedures for high risk activities and prepare Job safety analysis, LOTO
system, safe operating procedure and risk assessment etc.
• Perform routine inspection of the system & recommend improvement wherever
necessary.
• Keeping up to date with the new legislation, health & safety standards.
