Conduct & prepared tool box talk / Hira talk  Implement ,maintain health and safety standard  Investigate unsafe act and unsafe condition at workplace  Induction /orientation of new employee conduct Hse craft  Inspection of worksite through different checklist  Inspection forum unsafe act and unsafe condition in assigned area  Ensure crane safety during crane operation at site  Conduct safety inspection and audit of all safety equipment’s  Conduct on job training for specific activity  Implements safety and create safety awareness ammo’s employee through different safetycampaign  Participate in quarterly Hse audit  Support and assist site admin and site management in day to day activities.  Ensure compliance of all company policy/safety policy made by the management for projectimplementation  Coordinate with project site Engineer or superintendent securing detailed preliminaryaccident/incident/near miss reports.  Reports to Hse manager and advices requirements and other project administrative matters Attend coordination meeting
