Duties and Responsibility: • Implementation & Monitoring EHS activities as per site and legal requirement.
• Fire safety & AMP, Regular inspection of Fire Fighting Equipment’s.
• Ensuring the adequate Fire Fighting and other Emergency arrangement at work place.
• Prepare Tool Box Talk, Prepare Monthly Statics and Prepare the Checklist.
• Arrange the Safety classes/Trainings
• Arrange First Aid training classes.
• Arrange safety competition like quiz, slogan, and poster competition.
• To ensure the safety of MAN, MACHINE and MATERIAL at working site.
• To report all the work progress to my senior at the end of the day.
• To prepare training matrix for all workers & staff.
• To conduct induction training for every new worker.
• To conduct safety committee meeting in every month.
• To capture unsafe image and safe images during construction work and implement the safe practice at site.
• Inspection of hydraulic crane, crawler crane, pick and carry, gantry crane, main lifter, pilling rig, trailers, TM, hywa, multi axel puller ,batching plant, back hoe loader and other construction equipment.
• Inspection of Labor camp as per BOCW act.
• Inspection of store and material management.
• Inspection of heavy vehicle during segment, CPC, PPC, Ring segment and other heavy material shifting.
• Road diversion , traffic management
