 Always make sure about safe act & safe condition before any site work.  Daily take out tool box talk and STA before work start.  Take necessary permit like hot work, cold work, height work & rock blasting work etc.  Take safety induction training for the new labor.  Risk assessment of the critical job.  Provide First Aid treatment in case of requirement.  Identify the hazard in the job & make realization to the concern person.  Make necessary documents for the compliance of the safety work.  Keep healthy environment by bringing awareness of HSE to the workers.  Make sure all the workers & staff member wear all PPEs.  Take necessary action against the person who is not following the safety at site.  Always make sure about the labors who are working on site are certified and medically fit.  Spread awareness about HSE to the down line of the management.  Report all the near miss & incidents to the management.  Identify the assembly point & inform the same to the all workers.  Organize the safety quiz completion & motivate all the labors towards safety.  Stick all labels & Posters related to safety at site in Hindi language.  Attend the safety trainings & implement the same at site.
