Capture new tenders of Company’s interest
• Preparing Bid proposals for Indian tenders in all key areaslike Highways, Metro Projects,
Airports, Buildings, Energy, Water & Railways.
• Attending Pre-bid Meetings.
• Appraises & estimates the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) of the project as per the drawing.
• Ensures the Bill of Quantities and other cost components of tender
documentation/work order are consistent and appropriate.
• Submission of tenders online as well as in hard copies to the clients.
• Coordinating with accounts department for Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft and
financial Reports from Auditor’s as per requirement of tender.
• Online submission of bids on NHAI, NHIDCL, MORTH, BMC, MSRDC, eprocure.gov.in,
etender.gov.in, mahatenders.gov.in, etender.rajasthan.gov.in, etc.
• Preparing and Maintaining Tender Pipeline Report.
• Experience in Pre and Post work order preparation for Sub Contractor.
• Liaisoning with clients regarding current ongoing construction projects & ongoing
tenders.
