❖ Client management regarding QA/QC matters and regarding approval of mix designs & materials used at site, Review of Mix designs of Concrete of the Projects.
❖ knowledge/exposure in technical skills like execution of projects
❖ To establish Site QC Labs at sites to meet Field Testing requirements of the Project, identifying Material Sources and their approval from Client.
❖ To review/monitor calibration plan and calibration status of Lab equipment of all the site labs & to conduct calibration when necessary
❖ To prepare / review of QC documents for ISO certification as and when required, and to conduct internal audits at site level at regular intervals, to prepare QAPs / ITPs as and when required.
❖ To monitor the inspection of incoming materials at site, to conduct all types of testing for fresh and hard concrete, assurance of the quality of cement, aggregate, water, reinforcement steel, admixture and all materials used in the project.
❖ Coordination with Third party QA, Coordination with Subcontractors / Vendors on any matter related to quality,
❖ Submission & Approval of mix designs of concrete grade like M15, M20, M25, M30 & M35 from Client.
❖ To conduct pre pour and post pour inspection.
❖ Calibrating of all Laboratory Equipment’s, RMC PLANTS Various Activities:
❖ Material Testing on Construction related Materials
❖ Soil, Aggregate, Cement, Admixture, Water Proof Compound, Anti Corrosion, Epoxy Coated Steel, other related materials and preparation of High Early Strength & Cost effective Design mixes for Concrete works,PQC,DLC, WMM, WBM,GSB SUB GRADE etc test works.
