• Implementation of QA/QC Plan & Procedures & check lists to site.
• Inspection& Ensure of all Incoming Materials For site work.
• Visiting sites for comply the customercomplaints.
• Checking & maintaining the quality of concrete as per Mix Design.
• Ensuring all quality documents as per Approved QAP, ITP&formats.
• Set up the site QC lab. With Responsible for all the lab tests and field tests (such as aggregate test, sand test, cement test, cube compressive strength test, soil test, soil compaction test etc.) including coordinate for the third-party testing of required materials as per ITP.
• Maintain all relevant test records as pre–Inspection Test Plan (ITP) which is being used for recording the results.
• Responsible for preparation, maintenance of lab / field test records.
• Preparation of batching plant calibration and manage to concrete production as per site requirement.
