QC ENGINEER

Maintaining Quality control at site (like material testing, Cubes tests, sieve analysis etc) and Maintenance of record for the same.
2)Maintain all Check list like Concrete, Inspection of incoming materials, shuttering etc and getting materials tested from external agencies.
3) Preparation of project quality plan, quality assurance plans and also ensuring implementation of PQP & QAP at all sites.
4) Preparation & carrying out of concrete mix design as per various methods described in is 10262 as well as ACI ( American concrete institute ) for different grades (with different proportions),
5) Calibration of batching plants (weigh batchers) and other all labs. Equipments and maintaining records for it as per schedules. Visiting supplier’s crushers regularly and inspecting, testing of coarse aggregates and crusher dust at crusher for good quality product.
6) Handing laboratory activities independently & report any potential problem pertaining to materials to the project manager.
7)To advise the supervisors & subcontractors for implementation of the quality system and to verify that their scope of work is undertaken in a controlled and systematic manner in accordance with the approved control documents (production methods), if applicable and to satisfactorily respond to the NCR’s raised during the execution of the works.
8) Identifying material source tests and ensure confirming with IS specification.Preparation of frequency test statement for each RA bill and test reports in support of the same.
