QC ENGINEER

 As a Asst. Engineer QA/QC responsible for quality assurance at the project site and report to the QA Manager in the issues related to nonconformance & deficiencies in the quality management process at the site. Assist the QA/QC Engineer in monitoring overall quality control of the site,  Preparation and implementation of Quality System for the Project.  Implementation of findings of Audit to improve quality control at construction site & assist project manager to achieve the target adhering to quality of the products.  Preparation of Quality Assurance Plan, ITP, Method Statements, Audit Calendar, Training Calendar etc.  Conducting of Management Review meetings and implementation of review outcomes at site to improve Product Quality.  Responsible for Vendor & Sub-Contractor evaluation and development for the beneficial of the project as per project quality requirement.  To Support & Conduct quality awareness trainings & inductions for project engineers, site engineers & other construction staffs.  Coordination & direct supervision on all activities related to laboratories & field tests.  To prepare all documents related to inspection & attend all inspection for different individual activities of the site & ensure that it is as per latest approved drawings. Supervision of concreting activity, internal inspection for all activities on the site. Carryout all inspection with main contractor & client and get the approval.  Conducting and Co-ordinating of Internal & External Audits to verify the implementation of Quality Assurance Plan and finding scope of improvement.  Preparation of all quality documents and records.
