Responsibility for conducting trial mix for preparing Concrete Mix design of various grade (M-15 to M50) and Self compacting concrete.
*Responsibility for routine physical testing of all ingredient of concrete such
as coarse aggregate, fine aggregate, cement, water and construction Chemicals and etc.
*Responsibility for testing of fresh and harden concrete.
*Responsibility for testing of Building material such as brick (clay burnt &
Fly ash), cement sand mortar for brickwork & cement sand mortar plastering work
*Responsibility for testing of soil such as MDD & OMC and field density test by core cutter mould and sand replacement method
*Maintaining the documents of inspection & all test conducted at site lab & external lab as per frequency mentioned in QAP approved by client.
*Responsibility for calibration of all laboratory equipment & batching plant& maintain the document of same.
*Responsibility for supervision of concrete dispatch form batching plant.
*Responsibility for post concrete inspection at site.
*Responsibility for reviewing chemical test of cement, water & reinforcement at external laboratory test report.
*Establishing & implementing the document quality system as per ISO 9001-2008.
*Responsibility for coordinate with client regarding quality related matter.
