Ensure the quality records, acceptance certificates, mechanical completion certificates and the documentation for specific systems are prepared and collated in accordance with project requirements Cordinate with the Lead QA/QC for the completion of as-built turnover documentation Monitor hydrostatic test packs for incorporation into as-built dossiers Develop or selects suitable welding procedures to support project requirements Verifying that all necessary inspections and tests, as required of the projectsand by statutory regulations, are carried out and appropriate records are updated and maintained Cordinating quality activities with subcontractors and any other individual parties who may be working on the same site Preparation of Line History Sheet (LHS) To conduct fit up and dimention inspections as per Inspection and Test Plan and review radiography test film Witnessed NDT Inspections such as RT, MT, PT and PMI, PWHT, Ferrite test, Hardness test along with review and reports Ensure the paint materials are used from approved paint manufacturers with valid pot life. Ensure the proper time intervals between intermediate coats for proper chemical and mechanical bonding. Ensuring all equipment’s, tools and materials meet with the project quality requirements
