Materials with IRN, TC and IMIR.
Ø Reviewing the entire Material Test Certificate and Documents as per Quality Plan, P.O. & Engineering.
Ø Accountable for carrying out Welder Training and Qualification Test.
Ø Other responsibilities include Weld Visual, Fit up, Hardness & PMI inspection (site & fabrication).
Ø To prepare and maintain repair analysis report for welders performance.
Ø Making sure the Material Traceability (consumables) is available before, during & after welding.
Ø Holds credential in verification and application of the requirements of the applicable welding codes, standards, scope of work and issued for construction (IFC) drawings Initiating Quality check on the material and installation as per the Quality Specs/manual.
Ø Shop and field welding inspection and control other requirement like PWHT, Preheat and PMI.
Ø Maintaining all records for calibration of welding equipment and other measuring instruments.
Ø Witnessing Hydro and pneumatic test for approved test packs.
Ø Controlling the NDT requirement according to piping class and specific service requirements.
Ø Expertise in Interpreting Radiography films.
Ø Safety celebration motivation and establishment of safety things and knowledge of under people.
Ø Making a develop work environment with safety rules and regulation. Safety analysis checking diff safety system. Identify the observation and defects for better safe environment.
Ø BE deciding UNSAFE ACT AND CONDITION. Motivation and enforce the people to follow safety.
