Materials with IRN, TC and IMIR. Ø Reviewing the entire Material Test Certificate and Documents as per Quality Plan, P.O. & Engineering. Ø Accountable for carrying out Welder Training and Qualification Test. Ø Other responsibilities include Weld Visual, Fit up, Hardness & PMI inspection (site & fabrication). Ø To prepare and maintain repair analysis report for welder’s performance. Ø Making sure the Material Traceability (consumables) is available before, during & after welding.
