Mainly responsible for the local modification and development, and trails at lab and field support, testing of cement and concrete products.
Design mix of concrete, regular testing of aggregate, cement etc.
Documentation work in laboratory as per IS specification.
Preparation of inspection test plan and testing of raw materials.
Achieved zero failure of compressive strength of concrete.
Maintain quality control record, report and test results.
Able to manage batching plant activity.
Inspection and coordination with clients and consultants.
Good knowledge and experience of different types of concrete mix design. Like normal concrete, pump concrete, self compaction concrete and high strength concrete as per project requirements.
Checking site order book, material stock register, concrete pour record, field and site laboratory test report, Non Conformity report, External laboratory test record and MTC and Checking Daily Pouring Reports
Supervising the various tests conducted on the building materials in the testing lab. As per IS specification andmaking Test report also. Installation and Calibration Site laboratory and martial testing as per Field Quality Plan(FQP). Check all Work activity With Check List.
Various physical testing of building & road materials, Steel, Concrete Design mix, Cement, Tile, Ca & Fa, and Bricks & Soil.
All QC Laboratory document preparation like work procedures, ITP, QAP, FQP,Checklist, formats required forcarrying out project specific activity and testing as per project specifications and codes of practice.
Ensure that materials are correctly identified and traceable, Ensure assessments and recordings of inspection, control and test results.
Experienced in handling different types of client complains and mitigate all the problem within stipulated time frame.
