    • Inspection of pressure part (Physically & MTC Review) as per specification. • Consumale TC review & verification. • Verification of Storage & heating of comsumables. • Experienced with various welding processes like, SMAW, GTAW, joining materials like Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel and Low and High Alloy steels • Verification & MTC review of Hardwares as per specification. • Qualification of Welding procedures and welders as per AWS D1.1 & ASME section IX. • Carry out stagewise inspection like Cutting, Marking, Drilling, Fit-up & alignment etc. as per ITP. • Visual & dimension examination of weld. • Interpretation &evalution of NDT. • Vsual examination of fabricated structures in black condition. • Overall dimension check, alignment, elevation & match marking check as per Drawing and ITP. • Surface preparation check as per requirments. • . • Visual examination of paint fire proof / non fire proof examination. • NCR report & Rejection report preparation. • Daily Inspection Report preparation. • Review of manufacturer Inspection Reports (Final, Fit up, material inspection, alignment, Welding & Painting Inspection Reports). • Packing & loading inspection.
