Responsible for all incoming materials:-
Like:- Coarse & fine Aggregate tests, Cement Tests, Bricks Tests, Concrete Tests, Steel Tests and Soil Tests.
Responsible for Mix design of concrete.
Maintaining all materials test records and all other similar works and documentation.
Responsible for Calibration & Validation checking of all in-house equipment ,apparatus and batching plant.
Monthly maintenance of Inspection test plan and progress report of Project.
Handling Clients, in-house auditors and site Visitors.
Implementation of project-specify Quality Plan.
Corrective actions for Non-conformity.
Sample approval and connected records.
Document Control for quality plan and site procedures.
Maintaining records for test on construction materials.
Maintaining records for incoming material inspection.
