All type of test conducted in laboratory are performed like Classification of Soil, Modified Proctor . Sieve Analysis of aggregate, water absorption, specific gravity, AIV, FI & EI. Fineness of Cement, Normal Consistency, Initial & Final Setting, Le-chatelier Method, Compressive Strength of cement, Compressive strength of concrete, checking workability of concrete etc. Mix design of concrete as per IS Code and MORTH Specification, Calibration of equipments, plants etc. Responsibilities of Quality Control Laboratory. Preparation of Monthly Progress report of concrete, preparation of different reports for approval from client. Responsible for mix design of concrete, testing of materials, supervision of entire site during concreting, maintaining of records in the laboratory. Responsible for third party testing of materials in Independent Testing Laboratory, Adjustment of concrete from the bill and preparing checklist . Discussion with client and consultant regarding work done and approval of materials, regarding the mix design and report prepared for the billing. Preparation of supporting documents of bill for client approval and billing. Looking after store materials and inspection of all materials before accepting at site.
