o Experience in erection and quality checking of structural steel works & pipe lines, equipment and auxiliaries of power plant, Turbine generation, workers management, dealing with Client Company.  Following the Quality procedures as per the client requirement.  Inspection activities before welding, during welding and after welding.  Welding Inspection: Undercut, lack of fusion, size of welding, etc.  DPT test, Radiography Test, work execution at site and Witness welder qualification test.  Inspection of incoming material, Reject if find any poor quality and report to HOD & project head.  Conducting the welder test at site and preparing the WPS & PQR as per site requirement.  Preparation of estimate of bills submitted by suppliers along with collection of original bills and report From third party and submit to billing Department.  Qualifying the welder and preparation of welder identity card as per ASME section IX.  To inspect various incoming material in site like various reinforcement, Power plant equipment and auxiliaries, steel bar, cement, aggregates.  To look after the erection & operation activities of Thermal Power plant equipment & auxiliaries of Turbine Generation (TG) & Boiler unit.  Preparation and submission daily site progress report to HOD, Project head & Head office.  Monitoring the man power gang wise to get maximum utilization.  Carryout the assigned work as per project execution plan, Field Quality plan along with project schedule targets.  Following the quality procedure as per IS codes & ASME section IX and site requirement.  Inspection and execution of various construction works co – ordination with client or consultant.
