1. To carry out all types of laboratory testing for Soil, Aggregate, Cement, Concrete work by required frequency as per IS & MORT&H specifications.
2. Preparation of all types of test reports with respect to the Indian standard.
3. Maintain records for each section of the works on a layer by layer basis.
4. Handling of all laboratory equipment etc.
5. Sampling and testing of concrete at site.
6. Sampling and testing of soil, Borrow area and GSB.
7. Preparation of Monthly progress reports.
8. Preparation of Bar chart.
9. Calibration of Sand pouring cylinder.
10. Carry out various type of trial Mix design of various grade of concrete.
11. Handling of PQC crack repair work by epoxy grouting, Cross stitching, Stapling, Partial depth, broken edge and groove cutting with sealing procedure.
