Preparation of QAP with ITP as per contractual requirement & obtain client approval. QC lab set up at site & ensure calibration of lab equipment by NABL accredited agency Inspection & finalization of raw material sources with client. Approval of 03rd party NABL accredited laboratory for material testing Establish concrete mix designs as per project technical specifications & get it approved by client Ensure timely calibration of plant & equipment as per frequency set in approved ITP Monitoring day-to-day activities in site QC lab along with concrete production from batching plant to fulfil site concrete requirement. Ensure timely in-house & 03rd party testing as per approved frequency in ITP Involve with execution team to prepare & approval of method statements of site activities & ensure effective implementation. Implementation of quality checklists at site. Frequent interaction with client regarding quality control related matters. Joint inspection of structural steel fabrication units, paver block, fly ash, GRC manufacturing units, 03rd party labs with PMC/Client & take initiative for approval. Active user of SAP QM module. Ensure quality inspection & timely release of material lots in SAP. Involve directly in IMS External audit at site & ensure timely submission of compliance report. Regular dealing with sub-contractors, external testing agencies. Ensure timely submission of monthly quality report to corporate QC head. Frequent inspection of on-going activities at site & put up internal observations for continual improvement. Conducting monthly quality review meeting at site with project team. Conducting onsite training programme among workers & engineers to increase awareness & to motivate them on regular basis & timely submission of training record to corporate. Ensure quality documentation in a consistent manner to meet ISO requirements.
