Preparing & Maintaining Progress Report for the Laboratory activities.
➢ Soil Testing - Modify proctor test, liquid limit & Plastic limit Test, Grain Size Analysis ,Free Swell Index test & CBR Test, (California Bearing ratio) , Field Dry Density by Sand Replacement Method, NDG, EV2 and EVD
➢ Identifying Borrow Areas and Testing of Borrow Pit Material, suitable for Embankment and Sub grade in Laboratory as well as at site.
➢ Concrete Testing – Coarse Aggregate & fine aggregate grading, AIV, Loss Angeles, Ten percent fine value, Flakiness & Elongation Test, Specific Gravity & Water Absorption, WMM Testing , NDT test and Permeability test of Concrete.
➢ W.M.M. , C.T.B. & A.C.R. Testing in Laboratory.
➢ Sample collection of Aggregates, Water, Steel, Cement, Sand, Bricks and other material used in Highway Construction from different sources and Testing of Material. Well versed with proper utilization of Modern Equipment, which are used for aggregates, cements, coarse sand, bricks etc. used now a day for Testing of materials.
➢ Sting of Materials.
➢ Cement test –Standard consistency, initial Setting time & final setting time, Fineness Test, Soundness Test, Compressive Strength.
➢ Bituminous work – Penetration test, Softening point, Hardness test, Ductility test, Marshall Test etc.
➢ Mix Design – Cement Concrete, Bituminous mixes (DBM & BC) WMM, GSB etc. .
