AGGREGATE TEST:- Sieve analysis, Aggregate Impact Value, Flakiness & Elongation index, Water absorption
Specific gravity & ten per cent fines value, loss angles abrasion value, soundness test (test method as per BS)
of stone as per Indian Standards and MORT&H Specifications.
CEMENT TEST:- Fineness (Dry sieve analysis) test, Consistency test, Initial & Final setting time, Compressive
strength at 03days, 07days and 28days.spcific gravity & soundness test.
CONCRETE: Mix Design work for various grade of concrete such as M15, M20, M25, M30, M35, M40, M45,
M50, M55, M60, M70 and. Controlling of Concrete Batching plant and maintaining their required Slump.
DESIGN WORK:-
(A) Structural concrete.
(B) Prepare Mix Designs of (BM, DBM, BC).
(C) Non bituminous Work (WMM, GSB & Filter Media, Granular shoulder)
BRICK TEST:- Size, Water absorption, and Compressive Strength of Bricks
