b) Development of Unnao (Village-Nevel) to Lucknow (KM-236.50 to KM-299.588) Access Controlled
Expressway (Green Field) Project, in the State of Uttar Pradesh on EPC Basis.
c) NH-31D Project under NHAI which includes rehabilitation & up gradation of four laning road from 0
Km to 83.785 km Road between Ghospukur-Salsabari including Several Major Bridges in Darjeeling dist.
Of West Bengal, India on EPC Basis.
d) Design and Construction of Road and Services of Activation area in DHOLERA Special Investment
Region Area, DHOLERA.
1. Testing of all the incoming materials as per relevant IS code & MORTH and monitoring all
the in- process activities.
2. Preparation of concrete mix design of various grades and production of concrete from batching plant
and Field Testing,
3. Preparation of GSB, WMM, CTSB & ASPHALT mix design, Plant Calibration & Production and all
Lab Testing & Documentation as per ITP.
4. Soil sampling and Testing such as FSI, GSA, LL-PL, MDD-OMC & CBR,
5. Field Dry Density testing using of Sand Replacement and Nuclear density Gauge (NDG)
6. Ensuring of records of all calibration plan, third party testing & MTC as per ISO procedures.
7. Attending Customer complaints written or verbally for quality matters.
8. Prepare Product Quality Rating, Monthly Quality Report, Work Method Statement.
