Testing of all the incoming materials as per relevant IS code & MORTH and monitoring all the
in-process activities.
2. Preparation of concrete mix design of various grades, DLC mix design and production of
concrete from batching plant.
3. Ensuring of records of all calibration plan, third party testing & MTC as per ISO procedures.
4. Document control as per QMS System.
5. Co-ordinate with third party to conduct the various Pile load tests as per code and standards.
6. Attending Customer complaints written or verbally for quality matters.
7. Preparation of Work Method Statement as per site requirement.
8. Preparation of GSB design, WMM design mix, Mastic Asphalt design, DBM, BC job mix and
production of WMM,DBM,BC from plant.
