Sampling for Aggregate, Borrow areas Soil, WMM, GSB, as per IS Specification. ❖ Conducting the testing of materials in soil, sand, cement, Flyash, GGBS, Bitumen, Aggregate in Concrete, subgrade, WMM, DLC & PQC as required by the Specification. ❖ Conducting the testing of All incoming major material like as Admixture, Curing Compound, Steel, Bentonite, Debonding Strip, Backup Rod, Sealant, Glass Beeds, Thermoplastic Paint, Strand wire, Epoxy Materials Etc. ❖ Conducting the field density test for soil, GSB, WMM, BM, DBM, BC, DLC & PQC using core cutting method and sand replacement method. ❖ Derivation of mix design for GSB,WMM,DLC,PQC And Concrete Mix Design upto M-70 Grade. etc. As per the Specification and the suitability of aggregate available at site. ❖ Conducting the calibration of Lab Equipment at the regularinterval. ❖ Preparing the cubes & testing of cubes and all test for concrete and coarse andfine aggregates using in concrete as per required. ❖ Internal audit of quality control at every stage ofwork. ❖ Maintaining frequency of test and documentation
