1. Conducting Inspection of incoming material and reviewing the material testing certificates. Also
conducting Third Party Testing of Material as per QAP, RFP & PQP.
2. Monitoring the progress of projects with respect to completion as per schedule, quality, Cost adherence to
design, specifications etc.
3. Controlling of recognized hazards to achieve an acceptable level of risk.
4. Preparing of monthly evaluation reports and submissions of payments.
5. Ensuring design specifications, quality of the product used in the construction site.
6. Checking of all civil execution & MEP activities like Structural, Finishing, Waterproofing, False celling,
Dry Partition Wall, Canopy, Façade, Aluminium Joinery work, before concreting, after concreting, FPS,
HVAC,PHE,DUCTING WORK etc.
7. Ensuring the site activities goes as per Construction Methodology, Technical Specification & Drawing.
8. Preparation of all QC laboratory document like- testing procedures, ITP, QAP, Checklist, testing formats
etc as per project specification and codes of practice.
9. Keeping record of Calibration status and conduct regular calibration of all lab testing equipment &
batching plant.
10. Checking of concrete mix design on batching plant daily, checking of all work activity with Check list.
11. Coordinating with Client for the field testing, lab testing, pre and post concrete inspection and obtaining
approvals etc.
