• Heading QA/QC operation for Ready Mixed Concrete operation at plant.
• Preparation of concrete Design mixes & performs trials as per IS Codes & client requirements.
• Co-ordination with Client, Contractor, Sub-Contractor and People involved in project.
• Review and monitor the work of laboratory technicians.
• Lab Concrete Cube results feed in the command QC software
• Visit the sites during the pouring and after the pours.
• Review all raw material testing reports as per ITP plan.
• Prepare weekly and monthly DPR.
• Prepare monthly Technical report.
• Identify calibration and maintain master list of testing and measuring equipment.
