Conducting the field density test by using Sand Replacement Method and Core
cutting method for earth work (Embankment & Sub grade), Granular Sub base
(G.S.B), Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) and Dry Lean Concrete (DLC).
Preparing design of concrete mix for all grade.
Testing Soil Properties like particle size, Atterberg’s limits, Free Swell Index,
Maximum Dry Density and Optimum Moisture Content, California Bearing
Ratio.
Testing Of Aggregate like Gradation, AIV, ACV, FI & EI, Aggregate Abrasion
Value.
All types of Testing Related to Concrete like Compressive Strength, Flexural
Strength & Core Test etc.
Maintaining all frequency reports related to Earthworks, GSB, WMM, DLC &
PQC. Conducting all test as per MORT&H.
Frequently controlling the quality of concrete by Slump testing, Cube casting &
testing at 7 days and 28 days by compressive strength testing machine &
conducting the cement tests like Specific gravity, Consistency, Initial and Final
setting time, Fineness of cement, Soundness and compressive strength of
cement by testing mortar cubes.
Control of WMM Plant, Batching Plant & Borrow Area.
Liasoning with consultants for RFI, variation clearances and day-to-day
approvals.
Different field tests and checking the profit through advance equipment.

Preparation and monitoring of weekly, monthly programs & resource
scheduling.
To inspection & selection of aggregate Quarry.
To selection of Borrow Materials & Approval.
To prepare program& watch day-to-day progress.
To prepare weekly & monthly progress report for onwards submission to the
Consultant & Employer.
Monitoring of Laboratory, Preparation of test results and submitting to
Consultant & Client for the approval.
Construction up to finished levels of earthwork.
All testing& formatting of Cement works. Especially work on COMPUTER ALL
LABORATORY FORMATS.
