Responsible for conducting routine lab tests related to concrete including DLC & PQC, CTSB
and aggregates as per standards &specifications.
Carry out inspection and testing of incoming bulk materials. (I.e. sand, coarse aggregate,
cement, fly-ash & admixture).
Preparation of mix designs of concrete of M15 grade to M60 grade including DLC & PQC with
best quality and economically.
Responsible for conduct various tests on fresh concrete i.e. setting time of concrete, workability
checking of concrete mix by slump cone method and air content in concrete etc.
Responsible for conduct various tests on hardened concrete i.e. RCPT, cube compressive
strength test, water permeability test, compressive strength test by boiling water method in
accelerated curing tank, tests on concrete cores, rebound hammer test etc.
Taking care and maintain of QA/QC documents including calibration certificates, test
results,site instructions/observations, approvals from client, MPR & MQR reports, Manufacture
test certificates, Third party test reports, Master list of records, Incoming & outgoing official
letters and others QA/QC documents.
Preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthlyreports.
Work as an engineer at Batching Plant for checking the quality of concrete mix.
Responsible for implementation the cube management system in lab.
Responsible / Conducting for Calibration of plant periodically (Hot Mix Plant, WMM Plant &
Batching Plant).
Maintaining the frequency of Calibration of lab testing equipments.
Maintaining lab testing documents in a systematic manner.
Responsible for casting and testing of grouting cubes as per standards and specifications.
Maintain healthy & cordial relationship with clients, consultants& colleagues to execute the
works smoothly.
